Awesome
Great staff who helped me a lot. My room with ensuite bathroom was great too, only a little noisy at night. I liked the design of the hostel a lot. Beautiful patio. Great value, I would go back.
It was very quiet when I was there, but I am sure that was due to corona and not the hostel's fault.

Good staff, men's bathroom cleaning and facilities need to be improved
Staff were very helpful and there was someone always there. There are lockers from storage. Room was comfortable and clean. Area was minutes away from historical centre. I felt safe although i didnt go out during dark or late.
Bathroom didnt seem to have been cleaned at all during my stay. Only one of the two washroom basin's tap was working (men's) Most of the time, there was insufficient hash wash liquid so i had to use my own. The toilet cubicles are absolutely tiny eventhough they could have been easily bigger as there is space in the bathroom. The door to my dormitory room was ill fitting and would get stuck midway when opening. This created noise.
